If the Dolores Chili Brick is anything – it’s versatile.
Just ask David Munoz, president of Los Angeles-based Dolores Canning Co. Inc., which produces the concentrated chili mix.
“Brick chili is a term, so we call ours the chili brick,” the San Gabriel Valley resident said. “It’s packed into a brick shape and it’s concentrated, so you have to add water. Some take the mix and put a can of beans in there, and others use it for chili fries.
