Dolores Chili Brick® is a Frozen All-Beef Chili that is packed hot and then frozen in the shape of…you guessed it, a Brick! We’ve been making our famous Dolores Chili Brick® since 1954 and we ship it to countless retail stores and food service accounts throughout Southern California. When we say “The Perfect Chili”, we mean it! We are also pleased to have our chili available to anyone in the U.S. via our online store. Chili Brick® is great because it’s a concentrate chili, which means you just add water (or beans) to make it as “thick” or “thin” as you like.

DOLORES CHILI RECIPES
Prepared Dolores Chili Brick® is delicious by itself or topped with any of the following: grated cheese, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, sour cream.
Ingredients
1 Dolores Chili Brick® (16 oz.)
1/2 onion, diced finely
1/2 tomato, chopped
1 cup of shredded Cheddar
Sour Cream (optional)
diced jalapeno (optional)
Directions: Prepare one Dolores Chili Brick. Top with choice of cheese, diced onions, tomatoes, Sour Cream or sliced jalapeños.
Ingredients
1 Dolores ChiliBrick® (16 oz.)
8 oz. softened Cream Cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 onion, diced finely
1 bag of crackers, bread sticks or tortilla chips
Directions: Stir softened cream cheese into a pan of Chili Brick®; continue stirring over heat until cheese is thoroughly melted and mixed with chili. Serve with dippers of crackers, bread sticks or tortilla chips.

1 can (1/2 cup) of Pinto Beans
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 onion, diced finely

Add cooked pinto beans to prepared Chili Brick®. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese, onion or sour cream.
