Foodservice users will appreciate our 5-pound All-Beef Chili Brick which provides cost savings and ease of use. Each 5-pound tray yields about 50 – 2 ounce servings after adding water or beans.  Many foodservice users also use our Dolores Chili as a “base” for their own chili by adding beans, vegetables, or other spices. Make the perfect batch of chili beans with Dolores Chili Brick, just add a large can (#10 size) of beans (Black, Pinto or Kidney). Snack stand users make great profits by serving Dolores Chili over Nachos. SHIPPING POLICY

Dolores Chili orders will only be shipped on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday so they can be delivered before the end of the week. All orders received after 12 pm Wednesday, and Thursday through Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday morning (except holidays).

Our product is shipped via UPS flat-rate 2nd day air. Our product is shipped frozen and needs to be refrigerated upon arrival.  Dolores Chili is not responsible for spoiled product not refrigerated immediately upon arrival.  Dolores Chili cannot be held responsible for carrier delays or incorrect information provided by customers at checkout that result in shipping delays or non-arrivals. Additionally, in the case of non-arrivals Dolores Chili can submit a claim through UPS that will take 8 to 15 business days minimum to resolve. In the case of damaged product Dolores Chili is under no obligation to take action if photo evidence of the actual condition received is not provided.
