Dolores Canning Co. is pleased to announce an expanded distribution agreement with US Foods®, making two Dolores products immediately available to more foodservice establishments. Dolores Canning Co. has been a distribution partner with US Foods since 2019. This new agreement includes a larger distribution of two of Dolores Canning Co’s major products

• Dolores Beef Chili
• Dolores Chicken Chili

Other Dolores products may be added in the near future. Considered “The Perfect Chili,” Dolores Chili does not require much preparation, and is available ready to heat and serve. The product is a concentrate chili which can be easily made as thick or thin as desired. “This additional distribution will enable Dolores to strengthen its presence in the foodservice market throughout the United States. US Foods’ network will provide us with the market penetration needed to reach our full sales potential. Dolores Canning is proud to be a supplier to a strong firm like US Foods," said David Muñoz, President of Dolores Canning Co., Inc.   Various restaurants and fast-food chains throughout Southern California and beyond use Dolores Chili as the base of their in-house chili. Dolores Chili goes great on burgers, hot dogs, tamales, french fries, pasta or straight in a cup or a bowl.

Dolores Chili is made by Dolores Canning Co. in Los Angeles, CA. The first original all-beef Dolores Chili Brick® debuted in 1954. Since then, Dolores Chili has expanded into stores nationwide, and is featured on many restaurant’s menus. Beyond beef and chicken chili, Dolores also has a vegetarian chili, as well as other Mexican favorites like menudo and pozole as part of its product line.
