Take the classic hot dog to the next level with Dolores Chili!

Dolores Chili Dog

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of All-Beef hot dogs
  • 1 lb. prepared Dolores Beef Chili Brick®
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 onion, finely diced

Directions

  1. Grill or cook the hot dogs over medium-high heat until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F. While the hot dogs cook, heat the Dolores Chili Brick® according to package directions and lightly toast the hot dogs buns. Place a cooked hot dog inside each bun, spoon a generous portion of prepared Dolores Chili over the top, and add cheese. Allow the cheese to melt slightly, then sprinkle with freshly diced onions. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
